Compliance & Admin Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance & Administration Specialist to support brokerage operations by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination across internal teams. The role involves carrier onboarding, rate validation, and financial administration processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or back-office operations
• Strong understanding of carrier onboarding and compliance processes
• Experience working with TMS or financial systems is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
