Job Description
Zelis is seeking a Director, People & Culture Advanced Analytics to lead the development of a modern people analytics function, building and scaling a unified data ecosystem to enable comprehensive organizational health measurement and predictive insights. This role will transform how People & Culture delivers insights, shifting from static reports and spreadsheets to dynamic, real-time dashboards with actionable intelligence.
Requirements
- Define and execute the strategy for P&C advanced analytics
- Serve as the primary data science leader for HR
- Establish a unified data ecosystem to enable comprehensive organizational health measurement
- Design and deploy predictive models leveraging statistical modeling, machine learning, and scenario analysis
- Champion a culture of evidence-based decision-making and ensure end-users understand the value of people analytics
