Production Operators - 1st & 2nd Shift - AZ

We are launching a state-of-the-art Production Facility in Tempe, AZ, and we're looking for Production Operators to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment, monitoring production output, and troubleshooting issues. The role is perfect for those who want to grow with a fast-moving company and make a real impact in a hands-on role.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent GED required
• 2+ years' experience in a production environment preferred
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Must have basic computer skills (data entry, etc.)
• Strong mechanical aptitude preferred
