Zeller is a fast-growing Australian scale-up rapidly building products in digital banking and payments, seeking a Marketing Lead to drive customer acquisition and multi-product adoption. This hands-on role requires experience in data analysis, strategy execution, and managing a team, offering a chance to lead a growing team and influence the company’s future.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant marketing experience in a digital, product-led SaaS brand.
• Direct leadership experience managing a team of at least 2 people.
• Demonstrable experience driving growth in direct user acquisition, utilising a multi-channel strategy.
• Executed integrated marketing campaigns, unifying creative, communications and tone across all channels.
• Successfully grown multi-product adoption via an ecosystem strategy.
• Executed demand generation and lead nurturing (via content, email) experience.
• Proven, analytical mindset and understanding of multi-touch attribution models.
• Experience building brand awareness in a competitive market.
• Hands-on and resourceful, ready to contribute where needed.
• Experience building brand awareness in a competitive market
