Account Manager - Vancouver

Requirements

• Manage and grow a portfolio of US school partnerships
• Upsell Zen products and services
• Report on key trends and feedback from schools and work with our Product team to implement that feedback
• Manage an engaged portfolio of US educators, and get them work in partner US schools
• Communicate daily with newly onboarded educators to get them into a long-term or daily subbing role
• Communicate with educators who are in an active role to ensure they are getting feedback from our school partners, are happy in the role, and problem solving when not to either keep them in the role or find them a new role
• Coach educators when relevant, and get them to complete company-provided training so they can improve their performance in the schools Zen serves
