Education Recruitment Team Lead

We're looking for an Education Recruitment Team Lead to join our team in London. You'll be responsible for the commercial success of Zen in supporting schools in London, and will have a good understanding of the pain points of schools and a passion for solving these challenges. You'll have prior management experience and a history of rapid career growth.

Requirements

• Prior management experience of at least one year, with direct line management of more than two people.
• Good understanding of the pain points of schools and a passion for solving these challenges.
• Commercial leadership or school leadership experience, preferably both, with demonstrated success in either field.
• Solution-oriented mindset, team player and understanding of the importance of collaboration.
