Director, Commercial Training

Zenas is a clinical-stage global biopharmaceutical company seeking a Director, Commercial Training to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of training programs for commercial field-facing teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and training
• 6+ years of experience in training
• Bachelor's degree in science or business (or equivalent)
• MBA preferred
• Experience with product launches and Account Management
• Demonstrated leadership and teaching/facilitation ability
• Proven ability in creating effective training materials
• Experience in launching a product in a rare disease
