Requirements

• Experience in new business development in Japan or outside Japan
• Experience in the IT industry
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales-related environment
• Strong competitive spirit, hunger, and ability to take initiative
• Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and manage teams
• Proficiency in Japanese and English
• Bachelor's degree preferred
