Industry experience of 8+ years with 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role leading and mentoring engineers.
Strong hands-on experience with Frontend stack is preferred (React, angular or similar JavaScript MVC/MVP frameworks)
Prior experience of driving effective AI adoption
A solid technical foundation and professional experience in developing and maintaining complex architectures.
