Job Description
Zendesk is seeking a high-energy GTM Strategy & AI Operations Intern to join their Sales Strategy team for a 10-week summer internship. The intern will work on real strategic initiatives that improve how they sell, position, and scale using data, structured thinking, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
Requirements
- Conduct market and competitive analysis (ICP, segmentation, positioning, messaging).
- Synthesize insights into clear recommendations for Sales leadership.
- Support strategic GTM initiatives that improve focus and efficiency.
- Design and test AI workflows that improve sales productivity.
- Create a lightweight âAI Playbookâ documenting prompts, workflows, and use cases.
- Shadow sellers and Solutions Consultants to understand the full sales motion.
- Deliver a final capstone presentation to GTM leadership.
