The Senior Engagement Marketing Manager will lead and coordinate email nurture campaigns, collaborating with various stakeholders and teams, and provide insights and best practices to optimize email performance and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing email marketing execution within large or enterprise environments
- Proven hands-on proficiency with Marketo administration and campaign execution processes
- Strong expertise in marketing automation best practices (lead nurturing, segmentation, lead scoring)
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests; ability to interpret campaign performance metrics to inform optimizations
- Excellent organizational and workload management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a bias toward proactive issue resolution

- US annualized base salary range $160,000.00-$240,000.00
