We're looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to build and improve our production AI agents that resolve customer service tickets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience building production ML/AI systems and has shipped agent architectures that handle planning, tool dispatch, memory, and failure recovery. Bonus: genuine depth in RL for language models reward shaping, online/offline tradeoffs, reward hacking as a diagnostic.
