Field Ops Technician - Bangkok. Complete hardware support work order and all scheduled data center MACs. Maintain a safe and secure operating environment and asset management. Provide smart-hands assistance at various sites and status reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 1 year of IT support experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic network, servers, and OS knowledge
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to lift heavy loads, up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined space
• Ability to travel in some time
• Ability to rotate shift including holiday, off hours, weekend and vacation
