BEHAVIORAL LEARNING

The role is responsible for driving capability-building initiatives, supporting leadership development, and enabling enterprise talent management processes across the organization.

Requirements

• 6-12 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management roles
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institution
• Experience in designing and executing learning and leadership development initiatives within a corporate environment
• Exposure to talent management processes and organizational development initiatives
• Experience working with learning platforms, digital learning tools, and facilitating development programs
