Job Description
Design, implement, and deploy ServiceNow ITBM capabilities for Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, and Financial Management. Configure ITBM modules, build dashboards and reports, and integrate with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years focused on IT Business Management (ITBM)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITBM components, including Project Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, and Financial Management
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting tools and Performance Analytics
- Hands-on configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with JavaScript and Glide API
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and troubleshoot complex issues
