Job Description
We’re seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and Scoped Applications, within single and multi-domain environments. As a trusted advisor, you’ll contribute technical leadership to delivery, educate stakeholders on solution options and risks, and ensure high‐quality implementations aligned to best practices and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years IT industry experience with hands‐on ServiceNow delivery
- Strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, Domain Separation, ITOM and CMDB architecture
- Mandatory certifications: CSA, CIS ITSM
- Preferred: CIS Discovery, CIS Event Management
