Job Description
The SMT Operator performs line equipment setup and operates surface mount machines in a safe and effective manner. The ideal candidate possesses a commitment to continuous improvement and a confident drive to win attitude.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience operating SMT equipment
- IPC 610 certification is desirable
- Associates degree, relevant military experience, equivalent vocational education, or equivalent experience preferred
- Basic math skills are important
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and follow instructions
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
