As an Office Engineer, you will serve as the primary on-site leader for Zephyr Rail, offering crucial administrative and technical support to the resident engineer and field staff. Your responsibilities include managing all project documentation, such as submittals, RFIs, and progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience as an Office Engineer or in project documentation on infrastructure projects
- Rail or transit experience required
- Strong working knowledge of contract documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay estimates
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, MS Excel, and other document management platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
