We are an a Construction Servicing company looking for a Dynamic HR Manager to support various functions of the Human Resources department including payroll and benefits, employee leave, reporting, training and administration of company policies, recruiting and selection process, and onboarding.
Requirements
- Ensure a genuine safety culture that fosters employee well-being through engagement and leadership accountability.
- Promote a positive work environment across the organization that drives engagement, retention.
- Participate in the development of department goals and objectives and execute plans to meet these goals.
- Support recruitment efforts, help develop staffing and retention strategies, manage onboarding, PIP’s and SOP’s.
- Manages a new hire orientation program for the region.
- Responds to associate concerns and complaints, investigates when appropriate and recommends a suitable course of action.
- Review and coach on disciplinary / performance management actions.
- Support leave administration and management.
- Collaborate with and influence leaders to ensure HR practices align with business objectives and drive success.
