Job Description
ZGF is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer with 15+ years of professional experience and at least 5 years of experience as a design lead to join their team in Washington, D.C. The role will involve leading complex projects, managing teams, and collaborating with clients and contractors.
Requirements
- Leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and technical skills
- Experience in a variety of building types and construction techniques
- Ability to navigate complex situations and build relationships outside the project team
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Suite, Miro, and other design iteration and communication tools
