Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Embedded Software Team Lead to manage a team of developers. This role focuses on developing and maintaining embedded software for telecommunications access network equipment (DSLAMs, GPON, fiber). The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to deliver high-quality, standards-compliant software.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in embedded software development
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role
- Strong proficiency in C/C++
- Solid understanding of access technologies (xDSL, GPON, G.fast)
- Experience with telecom standards (BBF, ITU-T, MEF, ETSI)
- Experience with SDN, VOLTHA, and modern access network architectures
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication, coordination, and mentoring skills
