Begeleider | Eekmolenweg | Wageningen | 24-28 uur

We're building a new location in Wageningen and are looking for a Begeleider to help create a warm and stable living environment. You'll work in the heart of Wageningen, helping build a new team and location, with a focus on development, independence, and proximity.

Requirements

• Completed care education at a minimum of MBO level 3 or 4, or HBO social work
• Affinity with people with a mild to moderate intellectual disability
• Ability to look at possibilities and development within the own abilities of the resident

Benefits

• Salary of at least € 2.546,- up to a maximum of €3.564,- per month
• 1-year contract with the intention of a permanent contract
• Working conditions in accordance with the CAO Disability Care
• 8% holiday pay and 8.33% year-end bonus
