Job Description
We are looking for an assistant in disability care to work in the Berg 6 - Laar 4 residential group, supporting residents with intellectual disabilities and additional care needs. The ideal candidate is loving, warm, and initiative-taking, with a care diploma on at least MBO 3 level.
Requirements
- Care diploma on at least MBO 3 level (e.g., MMZ, Verzorgende IG, or Verpleegkundige)
- Ability to create a pleasant atmosphere where residents feel safe, seen, and heard
- Enthusiasm, positivity, and stability as a factor for our residents
Benefits
- Gross salary of at least € 2,546,- to a maximum of €3,564,- per month (FWG 35) based on a 36-hour workweek
