Job Description
We are seeking a Care Assistant to support adult residents with light to moderate intellectual disability and additional behavioral challenges in a group home. The role involves providing structure and clarity, accompanying residents on activities, and de-escalating difficult behavior. We offer a one-year contract, a salary up to €3,825,- gross per month, and comprehensive training and development opportunities.
Requirements
- Provide structure and clarity to residents with mental health issues
- Accompany residents on activities outside the home
- De-escalate difficult behavior and look beyond the behavior of the resident
