Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, prototyping, and deployment of scalable machine learning infrastructure that can power Zillow AI Mode. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals and production systems, and be able to lead collaborative efforts and drive execution across matrixed teams.
Requirements
- Experience building, scaling, and operating large scale data and ML infrastructure
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals and production systems
- Proficiency with agentic AI frameworks, large-scale data processing, cloud platforms, and vector stores
- Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, distributed systems architecture, and operational excellence
