Senior Manager, Software Engineering

As the Senior Engineering Manager for Guardians, you will lead a team of ~8 engineers responsible for the reliability, evolution, and adoption of Zillow’s centralized leads platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years managing software engineering teams
• Deep experience designing and operating scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend or data systems
• Strong track record running on‐call rotations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
