Fact Checker: Armenia

Zinc Network is seeking a Fact Checker to support partners in ensuring the accuracy and credibility of their communications. The role involves verifying information, conducting research, and analyzing misinformation trends.

Requirements

• Experience in fact-checking, journalism, research, or related fields
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience with open-source research and verification techniques
• Familiarity with the information environment, including disinformation dynamics
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience working with government, NGOs, or international organisations is desirable
• Fluent Armenian required. English proficiency a plus.
