Job Description
Zinnia is seeking a Scrum Master to oversee the successful completion of projects or programs within our technology organization. The ideal candidate will partner with the product team and cross-functional software engineering teams to ensure value delivery for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant experience.
- 8+ years managing technology projects of increasing complexity.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices including Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
