Job Description
This Scrum Master position is for 5th-grade teams in India. The Scrum Master will partner with Product, Business, and Infrastructure teams to maximize the value of projects. They will focus on backlog prioritization, coaching the team, and implementing SAFe principles. The role involves research, analysis, and continuous improvement in software engineering and operations.
Requirements
- 8-9 years of experience within information technology
- Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master
- Experience running Scrum Ceremonies, capture impediments, and work with management
- Experience operating in an Agile development environment
- Track and generate Scrum completion, metrics report
