Job Description
The company is seeking a Scrum Master to guide a software development team in India. This role involves coaching the team on Agile/Scrum methodologies, removing impediments, facilitating problem-solving, and improving process and transparency. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Scrum and have experience working in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least 5 years
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Knowledge of various documented patterns and techniques for filling in the gaps left in the Scrum approach
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
