Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Agile practices, Scrum process, and Kanban
- Proven experience transforming teams to Agile/Scrum
- Experience setting up request intake and approval processes in JIRA Cloud
- Excellent communication and people-interaction skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of the business requirements and translating them into technical leads
