Scrum Master - Scrum Master - India

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will guide and empower agile teams in India to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative environment. This role requires strong communication, conflict resolution skills and the ability to champion Agile principles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM I, etc.) is preferred
