Job Description
This Scrum Master position involves collaborating with Product Managers, Business Product Owners, and Infrastructure/Operation teams to maximize the value delivered. The role focuses on prioritization, team coaching, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. It also encompasses operational support, compliance, and software quality initiatives.
Requirements
- 8-9 years of experience within information technology
- Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master
- Experience operating in an Agile development environment
- Track and generate Scrum completion, metrics report
- Self-directed, maintains a productive sense of urgency, and delivers as planned
