Senior Product Manager (Technical)

Zinnia is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Technical) to lead the Product Life Cycle and contribute to research & development activities related to product design and development. The individual will work with Zinnia’s Product Organization to ensure alignment with organization’s strategy and vision.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management
• Bachelor’s/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field
• Strong Background of working as a Technical Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment
• Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis
• Strong understanding of SDLC & technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems
• Coaching & mentoring a team of Product Managers or Product Owners
• Possess strong Communication skills, Problem-solving & Analytical thinking skills
• Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools
• Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional in a global team setup
