Senior Business Systems Manager

As our Senior Business Systems Manager, you will be the technical backbone and strategic architect for our core enterprise platforms, ensuring our Finance and People teams are perfectly synced, highly automated, and ready for the future.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in system administration experience across finance and people applications.
• Strong functional understanding of NetSuite and Workday with proficiency in billing and revenue recognition systems.
• Experience in implementing Workday.
• Deep understanding of Finance and People process areas and the enabling role of systems and data in delivering business outcomes.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying AI/LLM-powered workflows or agentic systems to improve business efficiency.
• Ability to design scalable data flows across the entire tech stack into a cohesive ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to align system architecture and business capabilities to strategic priorities through strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to independently drive complex projects under ambiguity and deliver results.
