We are looking for a CAD/CNC Engineer who can program and run CNCs, specifically CNC routers for wood applications, and be able to problem solve and engineer retail fixtures, among other responsibilities.
Requirements
- Manage engineering on multiple projects at one time
- Understand how to build for efficiency in material use, shipping, and different methodologies for production
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop innovative and manufacturable designs
- Update and maintain CAD libraries and design documentation
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Have proven experience in CAD design and CNC programming, with a focus on precision manufacturing
- Have experience in engineering for retail fixtures, event builds, and custom fixtures
- Have proficiency in CAD software (e.g. GCode, vCarve, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Have strong knowledge of CNC machinery, tooling, and machining processes
- Have experience with CAM software (e.g. Fusion 360) is a plus
