Social Media Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

We are looking for a Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our engagement strategy both online and in person. This full-time position will be remote, working on EST and report directly to the CEO.

Requirements

• Manage company's LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram accounts
• Manage the CEO's LinkedIn and Instagram accounts
• Coordinate content creation with local videographers, photographers
• Post content 2-3 times per week on each platform
• Respond to comments, messages, and connection requests
• Proactively research Alakai's deals, markets, and industry developments
• Develop content for social media platforms
• Collaborate with graphic designers or use tools to create engaging visual content
• Schedule posts aligned with business milestones, acquisitions, and industry news
• Ensure timely posting across all platforms
