Zipdev is seeking a creative and resourceful Talent Sourcer to join their recruiting team. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for building the talent pipeline for specific industry verticals and identifying, engaging, and pre-qualifying high-caliber professionals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sourcing or top-of-funnel recruiting role
- Proven track record of using proactive sourcing techniques to find and engage passive candidates
- Expertise with modern sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn and advanced Boolean logic
- Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling outreach messages
- Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining a clean pipeline in an ATS
