Community Manager, Social Media

Zipline is seeking a Community Manager for our social media channels to own day-to-day community engagement across Zipline's social platforms and serve as the front line of our brand online.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing social media communities for a brand, organization, or media company.
• Exceptional writing skills and strong instincts for tone, nuance, and audience context.
• Experience engaging with large, diverse audiences in fast-moving or high-visibility environments.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm while managing multiple live conversations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
