Job Description
Zipline is hiring a Supplier Industrialization Engineering Intern to work on improving manufacturing operations and quality at critical suppliers. The intern will participate in design for manufacturing discussions, assist with assembly line management, and develop process documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- Proficiency in 3D CAD Software (NX preferred) & ability to read Engineering Drawings (with GD&T)
- Understanding of traditional & non-traditional manufacturing processes
- Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
- Understanding of Problem Solving Frameworks (8D, FTA, Pareto Analysis, etc.) & RCA/ CAPA Techniques used within these frameworks
