Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three years' experience in an outside plant position
- Minimum of three years' experience in telecommunications outside plant construction project management and inventory management
- Minimum of three years' experience in ROW, private easement, and permitting with local, state, and federal entities
