Requirements
- 3-5 years operating in a People/HR Business Partner capacity
- Experience working with Engineering and Product leaders and/or with technical talent
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility across multiple levels
- Analytical thinker who uses data and feedback to inform decisions and measure outcomes
