Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, agile and knowledgeable Forum & Community Manager with a deep understanding of the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the player community across various web platforms.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Proven experience in content management, social media management, or community management
- Experience in a similar role within the iGaming sector
- Excellent communication skills in English (or Swedish, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Passionate about gaming and familiar with online casino communities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
