Job Description
We are looking for a VIP Guest Experience Agent in Lusail, Qatar to provide warm and sophisticated experiences for guests. The role involves being aware of the hotel's operations, quality audit, and local regulations, as well as maintaining loyalty of guests and participating in achieving department targets.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the VIP product and services offered by the hotel
- Awareness of hotel operations, quality audit, and local regulations
- Ability to process guest journey from Check In till Check Out time
- Maintain loyalty of guests
- Aware and up to date about our VIP Program
- Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts
- High school diploma or qualification
- 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest service position in a 5 star property
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
