Zip Water is an industry leading filtered boiling, chilled and sparkling water specialist looking for a Field Service Team Manager to identify safety improvements, support delivery of targets, and mentor team members. The role involves working closely with national teams to drive growth and improve overall targets.
Requirements
- Identify safety improvements and work with wider team to implement
- Support delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly target for the individuals examining efficiency opportunities, and take responsibility for the performance improvements
- Mentor members of the team, assist in the execution of their duties, honing their skills, and readying them to achieve outstanding results
- Work closely with the National HydroCare Managers to support business strategies that drive growth and lead to achievement of overall targets.
- Work closely with Contact Centre Team Leaders and CET Managers to feedback, support and improve overall HydroCare quality.
- Work with the training team to increase the overall standard of Zip HydroCare.
