Job Description
The Business System Analyst will act as the primary interface between a business/functional area and IT partners, identifying business unit requirements and creating project and process specifications. The role involves facilitation of testing, coordination with project teams, and implementation of process improvements. The analyst will also provide resolution to complex problems and interact with senior customer personnel on technical matters.
