Job Description
Fluidra is seeking a Regional Trainer to join their team in Northern California. The Regional Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical product training to pool/spa professionals, staff, and customers, developing training content, and collaborating with other teams to improve training effectiveness. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule (up to 30 weeks per year).
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven pool/spa industry experience with hands-on installation and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Travel up to 60% annually
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel domestically
