Job Description
S.R. Smith is looking for a Sustaining Engineer to join their team at the Bulkheads office in Arlington, WA. The Sustaining Engineer will plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes and support the engineering function by analyzing designs for manufacturing and assembly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering work experience
- Experience on value improvement of consumer products
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), E-mail, and ERP systems
- Proficient mechanical design skills using CAD software (SolidWorks and AutoDesk)
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of accomplished projects with increasing responsibilities
- Experience working with engineering and manufacturing teams
