The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial trucks and trailers in-shop and on-site, with a focus on exceptional customer service and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems, steering, and suspension.
• Perform alignments, welding, and metal fabrication.
• Inspect and service trailer components including tires, hubs, axles, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance services and DOT inspections.
• Operate heavy-duty service trucks and tools.
• Respond to emergency roadside service calls.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Safely operate diagnostic equipment, lifts, jacks, and power tools.
• Document services performed and submit reports to management.
