Zolman Tire, Inc. is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to recommend and document service, maintenance, and repair for customers in the Mishawaka, IN area. Advisors will be responsible for maximizing store sales and profitability while prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety. Requirements

• Greet customers and assess customer needs
• Explain and obtain approval from customers for unexpected repairs
• Answer telephones using Best-One phone standards
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and safety practices
• Perform inventory management and store upkeep
